MCA Review, Rating (2.5/5.0)

MCA is 2017 Telugu film. It is directed by Venu Sri Ram and produced by Dil Raju under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. It features Nani and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles.

Cast: Nani, Sai Pallavi, Bhoomika, Aamani, Naresh, Rajiv Kanakala

Story: MCA Team didn’t hide anything. They were bold enough to reveal the story in the trailer itself. All that they relied upon was Nani’s stamina to pull it to a ‘Hit’ range.

On Screen, it narrates the same. Nani (Nani) hails from a middle-class family gets Bhoomika as a sister in law, who is a Strict RTO officer based out of Warangal.

The problem arises in her job when she has to deal with a local goon. Nani comes into action to rescue her.The drama around these elements forms MCA.

Analysis: The first half filled with character establishment, middle-class family bondings and An entertaining love story.

Second Half is about Villain’s play with Nani mind by hiding Bhoomika. And How Nani cracks it down to save her.

But Screenplay felt little different when the whole story runs in flashback mode and connects it to present with climax game plan.

Coming to Artistes performance, Nani excelled one more time in his casual tailor-made role. Sai Pallavi didn’t get a meaty role. She is a live wire and limited to teasy romance and songs.

Bhoomika was a perfect choice for this role and she lifted it up with her expressions and heavy-duty acting. The comic scenes between Nani and Bhoomika were highlights of the movie.

Rajiv Kanakala, Naresh, Aamani were just ok in their roles.  Priyadarshi, Vennela Kishore offers passable comedy.

DSP music was so-so. Except for Kothaga, nothing seems enthralling. Yemaindo and Middle-Class Abbayilam, Yemandoi Nani Garu and Party Time sounded average.

Dil Raju didn’t spend much. Production values are lower middle class.Dialogues and Venu Sriram taking too were just average. He dealt First half entertainingly and disappointed with routine second half.

On Final Note, Nani’s Middle Class Abbayi is just another Film which Banks On Nani’s Comic Timing. Go for it for time pass and without expectations.

Bottomline: Another Nani Mark Passable Entertainer!
